Getting Started

Just come and train. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a water bottle. Bring a sweat towel if you wish.

If you have physical ailments or injuries, you can train around these. Do not worry about your level of fitness or lack thereof. Every Karate-ka begins his or her journey by putting his or her feet on the floor. We do not measure our progress against others but rather according to the goals we set for ourselves.
